In order to manage litter during field trip, we can carry cloth or jute bags instead of plastic or polythene bags to the field.

Carry natural foods like fruits and vegetables instead of packed and processed foods like chips, biscuits etc. Their wrappers may spread litter.

Instead of Just throwing all the waste, collect it with your paper bag. At the end of the trip you can throw that paper bag into the nearest dustbin.

There are many ways how the litter can be managed during field trips but it has to be done by each and every individual to keep the surrounding clean.

Some of the ideas are,

  • Limiting the use of plastic bags that are non-biodegradable
  • Maintaining a healthy ecosystem and throwing the trash in the trash cans.
  • Try to recycle the waste products whenever possible
  • Throwing the waste that is not littered by you in the dustbin.
  • Not pollute the environment.
