why pluto is not considered as a planet

Pluto moves in an orbit which cuts the orbit of Neptune and thus violates the condition of being a planet so it is considered a dwarf planet

pluto is not considered as a planet not because it came out of its axis but its axis was irregular :pluto was having very small size as compared to the planets infront of it IT WAS DECLEARED EXTINCT just because of these features by IAU just by majority of 2000 scientist
