Why Plutonium,Uranium and Neptunium get its name from different planets?

Uranus (1781) = Uranium (1789)
Ceres (1801) = Cerium (1803)
Neptune (1846) = Neptunium (1940)
Pluto (1930) = Plutonium (1940)
These all elements named after planets coz they had been discovered in same year when these planets were discovered.So, these elements were named after planets...
