why population policies have not been proved a big success in india? what are your suggestions to tackle the problem

Answer:
the population polices are not being proved a big success in india because people are not following it. my suggestion to solve this problem is that people start following the population polices.
The reasons why the population policies are not that much succeeded:
1) 70% of the Indian population is rural where the illiteracy rate is quite high and most of the persons give birth to the child to increase the income of the family. And due to lack of education and digital facilities to them, they are not aware of the government policies so that it is not implemented on the ground level.
2) The second important reason is that because of the developed medical facilities the death rate is declining with a high ration whereas the birth rate is also declining in the past year but not with the expected ratio so overall the population of India still growing.
Suggestions:
The government should start a campaign in the rural area to aware the people about the pi\olicies and tell them the difficulties would be faced by them in the future for having so much child.
And should promote the motive " Chota Parivar Sukhi Parivar"
