Power sharing is good in democracy because No single community can take decision unilaterally. It is realised that unity of country is only possible by repecting feelings and interest of different communities. (1) Reduces conflicts between different social groups.(2) Stability of political order is achieved.(3) Better outcome.(4) People have right to be consulted for governing practices. (5) All have a voice in shaping public policies.(6) People rule themselves through institution of self goverenance.
