why Punjab has highest per capita income​

There are some reasons are as follows.

1) The per income in Punjab is higher because of the working high population in punjab.

2) It may be considered that punjab has high proportion of earning population as there are to muvh industries in Punjab.

3) Though Punjab has high per Capita income it has low level of literacy rate as majority of Children are not sent to school or not provided with quality education e,t,c.
