If temperature drops, air densitydrops as well, and that makes the air less dense than the water vapor of the cloud, which causes it to slowly condense into waterdroplets and fall as rain. Drops of water are heavier than air, that is clear and it shows in rain. Butclouds are not drop but seperate molecules.

wind blows in a same direction thats why cloud moves in a unique direction and rain drops are not in a same quantity .
