This totally depends on the mentality of some people... It may be common in some other countries too which we may not know... People think that rape occurs mainly due to three reasons
- Wearing short clothes(which is not true because the women wearing burkha are also raped)
- Night outs or returning late from working place
- Drinking a little
These all are the not appropriate reason for a rape. If these would be the reasons then a child of 6 mnths or 2 years would not be raped. This is a very sad and bitter truth... Actually this happens due to the govt. I'm not blaming the govt. but as they are not taking proper actions against these rapists so they think that they can do anything. It is our fault too... we make the girls educated and teach them whta to do and what not to do... but ever we have tried to teach the boys how to behave(I'm not referring to all the boys but some)... ?? The main thing is that we forget after some time about all these incidents and don't force the gov't to take some actions.... there is no more to say....
