In hilly areas O2 pressure is less so they need more RBC to meet their body oxygen demand

The RBCs of hilly person is more than a terrestrial person because they have to work down.
They just do ups and downs for small things but if we do these things we will feel tired that's why, they want it more.

In hilly area the oxygen percent is less so our body adopted and increase the Haemoglobin percentage to carry more oxygen so the RBC is more in hilly area people
