Why remove weeds is important for plant growth?

Answer:

Because if weeds are not removed, all the important nutrition from the soil would be taken by weeds and the main plant would not get enough nutrition and hence it's growth would get hindered. So, it is necessary to keep removing the weeds growing near a useful crop from time to time.

■ Weed attract some insects which destroy the main crop.

■ Weed grow in place of main crop ,so it minimise the size of grown of main crop.

■ Sometimes, it also affect the soil health.
