Ribosomes are ribonucleoproteins specifically speaking, which are a cell organelle involved in protein making. The thing it does is just picks up amino acid from the cytoplasmic pool and join them together with the enzyme in them. So-called as protein factories. 

Lysosomes are cell organelles which contain hydrolytic enzyme if any way comes out digest the entire cell. So-called suicidal bags.
