Why Sea water is classified as homogeneous mixture as well as heterogeneous mixture?

presence of mixture of several dissolved gases in sea water it is classified as homogeneous mixture.
And due to the presence of salt and suspended impurities sea water is also classified as heterogeneous mixture

first of all it is called homogeneous mixture because it contains uniform composition mean that all components are completely mixed with each other.


second it is called heterogeneous because it contains salt too and then the composition becomes non uniform
