Why separation of hydrogen ions from acids occur only in presence of water?

Hey..!
In general Acids, strong or weak, donate a proton (H+) to the solution causing a raise in H+ concentration. In water H+ and OH- ions are equal thus it us neutral. When acid is added there is release of energy and H+ ions release and when base is added there is absorption of energy and OH- ions are released.

bcz in water acids forms there cojugate base which are more stable than normal acid and water abstract H+ from acids so. ..........
