Why shall we get rid of superstition to form a better society

superstitions led to misunderstandings.If everyone in the world will follow the same thing then I think that human life will come to the edge of extinction. This means that if someone says to jump in the well everyone will jump and no one will be alive and only that person will be left because he did not jump in the well. That is why superstition should be finished

we should not believe in superstition because it have only demerits .demerits like if I believe that today is a bad day for but good day for my friend she wanted me to ride her new bike we will say today is a bad day for me so I cannot and we will break her heart then she will not be our friend anymore and consider as I am going to a new job black cat crossed my way though it was the happiest day for me but I believed that it is a bad news so boss get angry with our attitude and our job will be gone........ so totally we can say that superstition is not a good thing for our society......:)
