Because if adolescents in the time of puberty take this harmful substances then they maybe suffer from harmful diseases like stroke , cancer , mental health conditions. Besides this , it is not healthy food for them. In this time we should eat fruits , vegetables , cereals etc provided by our mothers because they provide us with healthy food that contains vitamins , minerals etc...
