Answer: The Chief Minister and otherministers take decisions and run the government. Whatever decisions beingtaken by them have to approved by the members of the legislative assembly. In a democracy, these members can ask questions, debate an important issue, decide where money should be spent etc.

Hii dear here is your answer.
The decisions taken by the cheif minister and other ministers must be debated in the legislative assembly. It is because during debate it is discussed wether a articular decision is in interest of most of the people or not, how much would it cost the government, is there anything objectionable for any particular community etc.
Hope it helps
