• thus what every decisions are taken have to be approved by the MLAs

• these members then ask questions debate on important issues decide where money should be spent etc...

• after that the government has the authority to find the decisions

The decisions taken by the cheif minister and other ministers must be debated in the legislative assembly. It is because during debate it is discussed wether a articular decision is in interest of most of the people or not, how much would it cost the government, is there anything objectionable for any particular community etc.
