Why should discussions taken by the Chief Minister and other ministers be debated in the Legislative Assembly

yes they have to be discussed because if the decision which is taken by the CM is not correct or if there is any mistake in that decision then by discussing with all ministers the right decision which is perfect and helpful for all people can be finalised and implemented. The mistakes can be corrected. So the decision taken by CM should be debated in assembly
