Answer: the reason behind this is dry leaves when burnt produces toxic fumes which are harmful and leaves behind a residue which is harmful to the soil

It causes air pollution.As it releases fumes of toxic gases and other polluting gases like co2.
It makes the aur dirty and blackish in colour.
