Justice should be impartial because-
1.The justice should be delivered without any bias towards any party no matter how powerful any party is.
2.
If the justice will not be favour in anybody, the right thing will win otherwise somebody who has more power and money will do the court in his side and the right will not get justice.

Justice itself means fair or just treatment and it is the work of Judiciary to grant justice to citizens of a country (democratic country).

1.It should be impartial as it is the right of every citizen to get justice and be treated fairly and justly.

2.A country with impartial judiciary will only led to development.

3.The justice done by the court judges and law on order should be based on real facts not on public opinions or on the basis of bias etc.
