The lead in the fuel is responsible for damage to the automobile parts like the converters. The lead may cause severe problems in humans and other animals. Lead may result in mental retardation in children. The unleaded petrol and diesel is quite cheaper and has fewer disadvantages when compared to the lead petrol.
