Answer:

The Constitution of India formulated in 1950 is accepted even after more than 50 years of Independence because they provide a suitable system for the functioning of the government in the nation.

Explanation:

Indian constitution is one of the lengthiest constitutions in the world. It ensures different rights to its citizen. Unitar Federal System The dual government structure (central and state), the division of powers among the three state branches (executive, judiciary, and legislature), constitutional supremacy, an independent judiciary, and bicameralism are all features of Indian constitutional government that are typical of federal systems (lower and upper house). The Indian Constitution strikes a delicate balance between judicial supremacy and political authority. Articles 13, 32, and 136 provide the Supreme Court with complete judicial review authority. It has the authority to declare any parliamentary statute invalid through the judicial review process. When it comes to ease of amendment, the Indian Constitution manages to achieve a delicate balance between rigidity and flexibility.

Through these underpinning features, the Indian COnstitution ensures acceptance even after 50 years of Independence.
