if we expose harvested grains in atmosphere there may be chances of getting fungi, micro organims etc. so first we have to dry them in sun and we should store in air tight container.

The 'harvested seeds' should be 'stored' in airtight containers so that they can be protected from the moisture.
EXPLANATION:
Moisture will result in the contraction of fungi, micro organisms and etc. Before sowing the 'seeds', it should be dry and fresh. In India, in the mid-1960s, conventional seeds were used in agriculture, whose yield was relatively low.
After 1960, the use of high yielding seeds (HYV) began. This has increased the use of irrigation and chemical fertilizers and pesticides. In this agriculture, more irrigation needs began to fall.
Along with this, there was considerable increase in the production of wheat and rice which was also called Green Revolution.
