Sneezing is an biological process when the food particles or dust or pollen get struck in the throat and cause itching. do our body tried to get that particle out so we sneeze. in this process the germs present also come out side the body if we don't cover the mouth with hand or anything the germs cover the air and makes the other person ill.
after stopping the your sneeze don't forget to wash your hand :)
