why should the vegetables not be washed after cutting​


Annu1212: If the vegetables are washed after cutting it the vitamins of vegetables will be washed away and there will be no vitamin left in vegetable.

Vegetables should be washed before peeling them . ... Wash the Vegetable with water using salt, vinegar ..etc., before cutting because washing reduces the Bacteria present in the vegetables. As per Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Raw Fruits and Vegetables should wash very well before you cutting, peel and eating
