why should we accept the Constitution made by the constituent assembly more than 60 years aho?

1.the constitution assembly represent the people.It is not elected by the people but it has so many people of different cast,language, gender,religion and so on.so they have differant ideas.so the assembly represent the people of our country.

2.the constitution assembly works in a systematic manner,open and consensual manner.

3.the constitution assembly which drafted our constitution does not reflects the view of the members but the whole country.

We should we accept the constitution of India made by the constitutent assembly even today because :

* It expresses a broad consensus of its time.

* The second reason for accepting the Constitution is that the Constituent assembly represented the people of India.

* The manner in which the Constituent Assembly worked gives sanctity to Constitution.
