Ultrasound are the sound waves or vibrations in the atmosphere whose minimum frequency or the lowest ones are above the threshold of our hearing..,it's like the electromagnetic spectrum the same we don't see cosmic waves their true nature of reality or Colors below the visible spectrum like infrared or microwave the same we can't sense ultrasonic sound.
