fast food is nothing but junk food which is filled with large amount of carbohydrates, added sugar , unhealthy fats,and salt(sodium) it can lead to poor nutrition,poor health and weight gain .

junk food looks yummy and tasty , but it can also defined as tastiest poison inhaling to our body by ourselves . So its better to avoid it .
