Because mosquitoes take birth in dirty waters. And it causes no. of diseases.

we should not let water collect in the neighbourhood because due to that water infection like dengue , malaria ,ect. types of infection cause which will not only cause to our neighbourhood but it cause to the whole society therefore it is very important to maintain cleanliness in our neighbourhood
