Why should we not throw the plastics bags on roads

Throwing plastic bags on road is not suitable because:-
1)Everyone must keep their surroundings clean, so by not littering you are showing a bit of cursy.
2)Many animals like cows and goats roam around the roads,so they may eat those and it might be harmful for them.
3)Plastics can also choke the drainage system resulting in water blockage.
