We eat food to get energy and meet our nutritional needs. But eating only one type of food is not recommended due to following drawbacks:
1. Nutritional supply to your body will remain limited
2. This can lead to deficiencies and malnutrition which can in turn cause many health issues
3. It may also lead towards high imbalance in the digestive system
