Silk is also a natural but it is not in form of fibre from starting. The long continues fibre is made from silk worm cocoon, which is subjected to some chemical reaction and that so the surface structure is smooth.
Nylon is a man made fibre and this kind of fibre is made by some melt technic and it's like plastic so the surface of material gives you smooth touch of that.
