Hello mate! If you see the sky from the Earth, it look like blue, right! And what is that appearance due to? Of course. Because of our Atmosphere, The Ozone Layer.
To observe the colour of the sky, scattering of light is important which is only possible due to presence of Atmosphere and in space, there is no existence of atmosphere. Therefore scattering of light doesn't occur. So, to an astronaut, sky looks dark instead of blue......☆
