Why sodium hydroxide does not react with sodium carbonate?

Sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate both are Bases and bases don't react with Base.

The salt of sodium carbonate is acidic in nature formed by the dibasic acid carbonic acid. Nd sodium hydroxide is basic in nature.


Therefore, the solution of these two is incompatible in nature.
