why some people does shivering ?​

When you feel cold, tiny sensors in your skin send messages to your brain telling you need to warm up. Your brain sends messages to nerves all over your body telling your muscles to tighten and loosen really fast, which is what we call shivering. It does this because when muscles move they generate heat.

older people does Shivering because older people have weak skin and they do not have proper blood circulation are they do not keep themselves much hydrated this is the reason they can't get through cold and want to keep themselves themselves from besides young people can wear the cold easily because to keep themselves hydrated.
