Why some students panic a lot before exams even if they are prepared?

because everyone says that exams are very hard so do well so they are scared

Students still panic cause of the fear inside them, although they r prepared but still they don't know that are they really prepared for the exams , as a student even I panic before my exams ....it's just a natural mood of human beings to panic , it's just a emotional experience.......they r just tensed and are under pressure....it's just a natural state
