why sometimes in the formula of H2 and sometimes H why give me fast answer

HE is the hydrogen in gas form which is seen mostly here on Earth H is the elemental form which mostly doesn't exist so it depends on the reaction which one is used

H2 means because hydrogen is diatomic element with consist of 2 atoms.

H means its a nasent hydrogen which consist of single atom..
