The lost sensation in our foot is known as numbness. It is because due to the broken connection with nerves and the brain.

EXPLANATION:

It is not a disease but a normal condition and can happened with anyone.  It happens when you sit on your leg or your leg is squeezed. The nerves are the tiny wires that send signals to the brain.

As soon as we sit or fold our leg, blood flow becomes low and the nerves cannot send signal to the brain. It becomes normal after we stand on our leg. The flow becomes normal and the leg starts working again. It can be felt like someone is pricking needles in our leg or even more painful.
