Why sound can not flow through vaccume

They can also feel the waves. Sound cannot travel through a vacuum. Avacuum is an area without any air, like space. So sound cannot travel throughspace because there is no matter for the vibrations to work in.

sound travels via waves or it creates waves however in vacuum there is no air thus ways are not generated thus we can not hear sound
Thus it is said that sound thus not travel in vacuum.
