The South African constitution encourages all the democratic counties all over the globe. The whites admitted to the opinion of one person one vote and also agreed for some fundamental benefits for poor classes and also for workers.

The blacks also admitted that the majority governments of whites will not take away their rights and freedoms.  After the establishment of the constitution of South Africa, there was the mutual compromises enacted between both white and blacks to sustain peace and harmony in the nation.

Hence South African constitution is called finest constitution of the world because it accommodated the demands of both the communities of black and white without any domination and drafted on the mutual agreements peacefully.
