Spirituality is a term which refers to internal soul or the human being [spirit] living inside your body.
It is understanding yourself. About what you love doing, which things you actually like and which you actually don't like.
It is like, looking yourself in a mirror.
It is necessary in school because, it has no relation with tiredness, insomnia, difficulties and disabilities. It is about looking at your own gifts, the work that you love to do, the life, which is given by God.
It talks about love and peace.
It is necessary, so that students, the youths can understand and realise their true passions, their true love, so that each and everyone loves own their life rather than looking and comparing themselves with others.
So, that they can act in a positive way and enjoy the life that they were given.
Hence, spirituality is necessary in schools.
