why stars and sun have glowing or bright light?

Stars and Suns made of Hydrogen and helium gases.

In stars and sun both NUCLEAR FISSION and NUCLEAR FUSION occurs simultaneously that emit huge amount of heat and light.

All stars, and our own Sun are hot balls of glowing plasma held together by their own gravity. And the gravity of a star is very intense. Stars are continuously crushing themselves inward, and the gravitational friction of this causes their interiors to heat up.
