why still our India is not a developed country .............with what factores does a country is declared as developed country..............if the country isnt developed the countries people is responsible or governments responsible...........

1.Low literacy rate

2. High population

3. High infant mortality rate

4. Low sex ratio


If the country isn't developed both people of that country as well as govt. are equally responsible.

1. Because of low GDP
2. low per capita income.
3. We have no better public facility.
4. Due to corruption.
The country declared to be developed :
1. With high GDP
2. HIGH per capita income.
3. Better public facility.

More than government , we are responsible for it, if we don't contribute in it, the government do nothing
