why students of bihar /India are not study in Nalanda University. GIVE REASON

Hey

If you are talking about Nalanda Open University, then who says bihar people don't study there.
They do, so as everybody else's.

And , If you are talking about the Ancient Nalanda University then it's obvious why they don't, because
Ancient Nalanda University was dismantled .
