why sugar of salt dissolve faster in hot water as compared to cold water?​

In the hot water the water molecules evaporates In this time the salt which is in the water dissolved easily

But in the cold water the there is no possible for more evoparation in this salt can't dissolve more fast the hot water

hot water has more energy than cold water .when water is heated ,the molecule gain energy and thus,move faster.as they move faster , they come in contact with sugar more often, causing it to dissolve Faster.
