because the earth is rotate and the sun is not change size because it is fixed in its place but moon is the light of sun

They don’t change their sizes. The universe would collapse into complete chaos if they did. They appear to be larger when at the horizon than they do when directly overhead because of a well-understood optical illusion, but they do not change their actual size.
