Why telangana does not receive snowfall?

You see, south Asia mostly experiences warm and sunny climates or weathers.
So there is some probability that there is hail.
We don't experience temperatures below 0 often.

1. telangana wont receive snow fall because it is in tropical belt.

2. in this tropical belt the sun rays just fall directly so they do not receive snowfall but their are chances of hails but there wont be snow fall.
