why temperature in degree celsius is sometimes written in kelvin without conversion e.g200C=200K?

misprinting doesnt occur many times especially when it is coarse book

i believe it thats why am confused and asking about it...sometimes temp is written with conversion and sometinmes it is written without conversion and i dont know wats reason behind it
It is always done by adding 273 BABY HOWEVER THE DIFFERENCE IN TEMP CAN BE DIRECTLY CONVERTED INTO KELVIN
