why the 3D form of a circle is a sphere why not cylinder. if not then what is a 2D form of a cylinder do not spam

The reason being that circle is explicitly a two-dimensional flat shape , yu can extrude it to a sphere , a cone and also a cylinder. To make it easier to understand , let us trace it in the reverse way. When you look at a round spherical ball from any direction , it'll just look like a perfect circle.

A cylinder has two flat ends in the shape of circles. These two faces are connected by a curved face that looks like a tube. If you make a flat net for a cylinder, it looks like a rectangle with a circle attached at each end.
