why the adiabatic curve are more steaper than isothermal prove it with equation?

Answer:

The slope of Adiabatic process (dp/dv) = gamma(-P/V)

Slope of isothermal process is (-P/V)

Thus slope of adiabatic process is gamma times more than isothermal.
